Nano is committed to shipping your high quality home air filters on a regular, timely basis. All orders will ship within 24 business hours of being placed. Typically orders placed on the weekend will ship the following Monday.
Costs & Restrictions
All shipping for Nano subscriptions is done via UPS Ground and is 100% free of charge. At this time we are only shipping to customers inside the continental U.S. – Nano is currently unavailable for residents of Hawaii or Alaska.
Once an order has been shipped tracking information will be automatically emailed to you.
If you receive a damaged or defective product we will send you a replacement product free of charge.
Please send your order number and a clear picture of the damaged shipping box and filter, or a picture and explanation of the product defect to email@example.com within 7 days of receipt in order to initiate the process.
